Welcome 1B Families!

We have gotten off to a great start this year!  I am very excited to have such a great group of first graders!    
I hope you find this website helpful and not too difficult to navigate!  I will continue to add things and update, but I wanted to get you the information that was available now.  If you click on the various links above, you can find information about me, our curriculum, how to order books through Scholastic, important dates, our birthday and snack policies and more.  I thought this would be better than just sending a paper booklet with all the information.   If you are anything like me, I know those little "handbooks" are easily lost!  This way, when you need to know the class code for Scholastic or can't remember something, you can refer to this site.  I will post the link in my email anytime something is changed or updated.   One thing to check out soon is our class site on Shutterfly!  If you click on the link above that says, "more" you can scroll down and click on the "Shutterfly" link.  I will post pictures I take to this site.  It is a private site, and you will have to first be invited by me.  You are able to save or order any photos you may want!  I hope you enjoy getting a glimpse into our classroom this way!
